Leading Private Bank (NDA)
A leading private bank in Kathmandu required complete IT infrastructure for a newly constructed branch office. Under an NDA, Up Gear Pvt Ltd handled the full procurement and deployment lifecycle.
Scope included 40 Dell laptops, a rack-mounted server, Fortinet firewall, Cisco IP phones, and a 16-channel Hikvision NVR-based CCTV system. All systems were configured, tested, and delivered as a ready-to-operate package.
The engagement also includes a 2-year Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), demonstrating our commitment to long-term client relationships and after-sales service.
