Up Gear Pvt Ltd awarded the TUMRC/2082-83/GOODS-01 tender for procurement of branded desktop computers and computer lab furniture at Mahendra Ratna Campus, Tahachal — a NRs. 76.24 lakh turnkey IT hardware supply contract under Tribhuvan University.
Dec 2025 Leading Private Bank (NDA)
End-to-end IT hardware procurement and setup for a new branch office — 40 laptops, server rack, firewall appliance, IP phones, and a 16-channel CCTV system. Included AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for ongoing support.
Oct 2025 Tribhuvan University
Supplied and deployed 150 desktop computers, structured network cabling, and a 32-channel CCTV surveillance system across the central campus. The project involved coordinating with the university's IT department for a phased rollout with zero disruption to ongoing academic activities.
