Up Gear Pvt Ltd, headquartered at Saraswotikhel-01, Bhaktapur, submitted a competitive technical and financial bid on 2082/09/03 BS and was issued the formal Notification of Award of Contract by the Campus Chief on 2083/01/04 BS, at a contract price of Nepalese Rupees 76,24,778.76 (Seventy-six Lacs Twenty-four Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy-eight and Seventy-six Paisa) exclusive of VAT.

Scope of Supply

The contract covered end-to-end supply of:

• Branded desktop computers — meeting TU’s technical specification for academic computing labs
• Computer lab furniture — workstation tables, seating, and supporting accessories engineered for high-density student use
• Delivery, installation, and on-site commissioning at the Tahachal campus
• Warranty coverage and after-sales support per the bidding document
